Normal > The ever-increasing demands of the market for high-quality wiring and off-line printing have prompted the EMBA to develop FFG to improve the printing performance of its connected equipment.

Normal > Model 245QS proved to be a high-quality printing machine that has been installed worldwide. Customers can use their flexibility to print ordinary folding cartons and cardboard. Like all EMBA devices, the entire FFG Model 245QS device uses vacuum transfer (including slotted cells). Cardboard can be fully controlled throughout the production process. Fast orders ensure that pre-imposition and die-cutting tools are run simultaneously while the machine is running. The easy-to-use, Windows-based interface has precise and quick set-up capabilities. The function of the printing unit has been updated, the printing calibration accuracy is higher, and because of the built-in squeegee system, higher printing quality can be guaranteed. EMBA's high-quality printing concept and full-width vacuum transfer guarantee the quality of the printing. With built-in squeegee or rubber squeegee, optional cardboard cleaning device, automatic ink handling system and IR drying device. Having the function of dividing the cardboard into two parts can double the output. And the entire production line has a cardboard stacking function.
