How to solve the plate-off problem in printing

the reason:

1. The plate is poorly greaseed
2. The paper powder on the surface of the paper is worn out on the plate surface.
3. Printing pressure is too strong so that the layout of the film is worn out
4. The acidity of the middle of the night is too strong, so that the printing plate will erode and the images will fall off.

Countermeasures:

1. Change the printing plate
2. Replace better quality paper and use lower viscosity inks.
3. Adjust printing pressure and reduce wear
4. Strictly control the pH of fountain solution
