In the past nine years, the quality of newspaper printing has been steadily increasing. We have deeper understanding of the following points:

First, willing to invest, increase technological progress and technological reforms

In order to break the outdated printing equipment, the printing speed and printing quality could not keep up with the bottleneck of newspaper development and readers' needs, realize the transition from traditional printing to modern printing as soon as possible, improve the quality and grade of newspaper printing, and enhance market competitiveness, in the newspaper party committee, Under the care and support of the management committee, we have always insisted on the strategic thinking of developing enterprises through science and technology and increasing technological innovation. In recent years, a total of 16 million yuan has been invested in technological transformation to update and add prepress, printing, and binding equipment. We have purchased high-end scanners, imported printing plates and stencil printing machines, installed automatic pipe refilling systems for the newspaper production machines for the North, and equipped them with gas-extended shafts, which greatly improved the printing efficiency and enabled us to The current rotary printing capacity can reach 180,000 pairs per hour. Whether it is their own daily newspapers, evening newspapers and newspapers, or newspapers printed on behalf of India, they can ensure the quality and timeliness of printing, and they have been highly praised by readers. At the same time, our new plant in the Linyi Economic Development Zone was laid ground in December last year. The construction of the new factory is another major infrastructure construction project of Linfen Daily after the News Building, and it is also a new take-off platform for our printing factory to adapt to the new market situation and comprehensively improve the market competitiveness. At present, the construction of the new plant is nearing completion and the relocation work is in full swing and orderly operation. After moving into a new factory, as the printing volume of newspapers expands, we plan to use the existing rotary machine equipment as the basis, use 3-5 years to upgrade to two press production lines, and then purchase an advanced four-color printing press. , further integration of book and book printing capabilities. After five years, our goal is to achieve an annual output of 500 million folios of newspapers, which is four times that of the present. The capacity for printing books and magazines reaches 100,000, which is 10 times that of today. In short, the increase in the scale of printing is an invincible position for us in the face of market competition. Continuous improvement of economic efficiency is an urgent need and a long-term solution.

In the publishing process of newspapers, prepress production and film output are critical to the printing quality of newspapers, and stable printing quality, environment, materials and equipment are prerequisites and guarantees for pre-press dataization, standardization and standardization management. It is of great practical significance for the print quality to be printed on a large scale. For newspapers, especially color newspapers, to a certain extent, the problems of misspellings due to artificial imposition or misprints between various colors are avoided, and the four-color registration accuracy is guaranteed. 3 We provide regular training and long-term guidance to our clients for the complicated nature of our newspaper production staff. Since the advertisement version of our newspaper was contracted out to various advertising agencies, many advertisements were completed by the agents themselves, and most of them did not understand the printing process. For reference. For example, when the size of the layout is small (generally refers to the size of No. 5 or less), the color word should not be used in a single-colored word. Otherwise, a stencil phenomenon may occur. Black words, use 100% monochrome black, not four or more colors. The white color of the color picture should be adjusted according to the gray balance proportion, generally it is the attention of C6%, M4%, Y4% or C7%, M5%, Y5%, etc., so as to avoid the influence of the printing effect due to the layout production.

2. The quality of the print version of the PS plate serves as a link between the network and the reduction. The change in the print depth directly affects the printing quality. Our factory produces the print test strips from the phototypewriter itself (the density of the outside test strips is not consistent with the density of the film produced by our factory). At any time according to the aging of the printing machine lamp and the developer concentration, temperature changes to test, to grasp the appropriate exposure and development time, ensure that the drying out of the PS version of the high light part of the 3% of the small outlets are not lost, dark tone part of the 97% outlets are not And paste.

3. Printing is the final process of a finished newspaper. It plays a decisive role in the quality of printing, and there are many variables. Therefore, it is very critical to do a good job in the quality control of the printing process. For the actual situation of our company, we have mainly done the following: Some points: 1 Before the official printing, we first require the crew to strictly control the PH value between 4.8 and 5.1 when adding water. Second, from the PS version to the bending version and the upper version, two people are required to operate. Strict and careful to minimize the error; at the same time, according to the text area pre-adjusted ink knife. 2 In the printing process, adhere to the "three-diligence" and "three small" operations, that is, diligently look at the water, diligently mix the ink, diligently sample, use the minimum water, the smallest ink, and the smallest pressure. When taking test samples, a portable density meter must be used, and the black heading density is maintained at about 1.08. In addition, the control of the vehicle speed is as constant as possible, ie, it is maintained at around 30,000/hour. In order to achieve the purpose of using “small water”, in addition to strictly controlling the PH value, the key is to keep the outlet roller, brush, water roller, plate roller, and printing plate under proper pressure and parallel. The water fleece sleeve is kept soft and clean. There is no dirt in the sink to ensure uniform water supply and create conditions for reducing the amount of water. Otherwise, in order to take care of a part of the area and increase the amount of water as a whole, it is very easy to cause a large amount of water on the other part of the area, and it will intrude into the rubber roller and then enter the ink tank, causing a vicious circle of ink misalignment. 3 Refine the daily inspection and maintenance of the equipment. Because we use recycled paper, there are many paper powders, we insist on cleaning the ink road every day to prevent the imprinting from being false; we need to clear the ink tank every three days to prevent the ink transfer from being unsmooth; frequently replace the water velvet sleeve to prevent the formation of ink on the top. Ink-paper; diligently replace dampening fluid to prevent bad water quality; replace blankets frequently to prevent ink transfer rate from declining; diligently clean up folding machines and belts to prevent grime. In addition, some parts on the equipment, such as bearings, low oil content, and fast rotation speeds, have maintained daily maintenance and weekly maintenance. In recent years, there has been almost no effect of aging due to equipment factors. At the same time, it lays a solid foundation for printing high-quality newspapers.

Fourth, people-oriented, and vigorously improve the quality of staff and technical level
